John offered a ride to Whistler to do some downhill mountain biking on the world-famous Bike Park. I did only green paths, still learning to turn with high speed, collected some purple spots onto my body, but enjoyed the ride very well.
I made 3 rounds, due to long line-ups for the lifts, the downhill is more tiring than it looks, my arms and hands were exhausted, but this was the kind of excercise i was missing since i had made the Sun Run. Kim's bike worked well, though its not designed for heavy duty, but allowed me to enjoy it, and learn the basics.
